How long was your LO in nb diapers?

My husband wants to start stocking up on diapers, I'm trying to think of how many i should get of the nb diapers? There is a 36pk and a 72pk (on diapers.com) How long was your LO in nb diapers? I dont want to get alot of nb and not use them and end up wasting them...

mine never was i would wait to see how big LO will be mine was 8lb 13oz and started in size 1

About a month. She weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces at birth.

DD was in NB for about a couple months, but she was only 4lbs 13 oz when she was born. i wouldnt buy nb diapers online, get them from walmart or target and keep the receipts because some babies never even fit into nb's. i'd probably buy 2-3 small packs and take back whatever you dont use.

She was is NB diapers for almost 2 month. Depends on how big your baby is when its born. NB diapers only go up to 8 lbs, I believe.

mine was 6 lbs at birth and was out of newborns in 2 weeks. we went through a 72 pack though.

Never. My boy was 8 lbs and 1oz...I make big bebehs...

Thanks ladies! I'll probably skip the big pack of nb then. I looked at diapers.com because i've heard good reviews from friends..but i'll probably just buy them at target or something.

My little one was 9lbs 2oz and use 1 box of 108 ct NB, best bet buy 1 package and stock up on the bigger sizes and just buy more when you need knowing how big baby will be!

Mine was in NB diapers for 3months. Born at 7lbs. 14 oz, He would gain weight but slowly. NB are up to 10lbs: I used Pampers Swaddlers.

Mine was in NB for about 2 weeks. He was 7lbs 8oz at birth. The thing is, you will get a lot of NB and size 1 diapers at your baby shower. I would buy a couple packs of size 2's instead.

Never. My girls were born 8.9 and 9.5. Straight to size ones.
