Everythign will get better and she will be home before you know it. My son was born 8 weeks premature and he was in the NICU for about 2 weeks. When i was aloud to go home i didn't want to leave him, it felt so empty inside. But it slowly got better.Everything will get better for you and she will be home before you know it !

being away from your little one is very hard. hang in there..and stay strong...next years mothers day will be great and you will get to spend it with your baby! dont get down...you gotta remember whats most important, that you stay strong and focus on your baby not all the other stress.

I don't remember severe weather on Mother's Day...and I'm in NC too. It rained, sure, but it wasn't that bad.

And if you couldn't fit into your pre-pregnancy clothes, who cares!! You were pregnant! It takes time to adjust after delivery. You could have worn clothes from early pregnancy to go to church.
