botox and cereal casting

have any of you tried it with your little one? were doing it now iwth connor and the cast seemed to help at first but its already worn off, ive tried stretching and diong everything ic an think of but it doesnt seem to be working, they gave him botox and im PRAYING that it works i do NOT want surgery
