As of today, I'm starting my weight-loss/body-toning journey. I'm using MyFitnessPal, as I've read from a lot of you mamas on here that it helps. I'm currently 140 pounds and totally out of shape. Goal weight is 120 pounds. I'm totally embarrassed to post these pics, but I think it will help motivate and inspire me along the way. So... Here it goes:

Good luck! We weigh about the same and have a similar goal weight   I've been using myfitnesspal also and lost 5 lbs in 1 week! Now I need to do some more strength training and cardio.

You look great!! Maybe endorphines from excersize will rid you of the touch of body dysmorphia you appear to have ;p xxx

We need to be workout buddies! I'm on day 3 of my weight loss journey! Starting @ 167   & trying to get to 125-130 by November!

We have identical goals! I weigh 140 right now and wantto get down to 120. I'm only 4 weeks pp so I don't have the ok to start working out yet   I only have 6 more pounds to lose to get to my pre baby weight. Good luck to you!

Lol we all have the same goals   Im 140 & i want to get back down to 120 Asap!
I started a "healthy" diet today , cutting all junk , cutting as much sugar as possible, no sodas , & excersing more.

Gah I'm sooo anxious to start working out again! I'm deff not loving this post Pardom body. My husband keeps saying "you look great for just having a baby 4 weeks ago." and I tell him I want to look great, period. Not great for being a mom :/ men. We should all form a group an keep each other accountable!

Your before pics remind me of my own! It's totally do-able, girl! Here are my before & after pics... And by the way, take your measurements, don't just rely on the scale. I hardly lost any lbs but lost SEVERAL inches. Good luck!

You look awesome, girl! I was actually remembering your posts when I decided to start up again. It's great to have motivation and support.

Just finished a pretty intense 20 minute jump-roping session. I feel great, but my whole body is weak. Proof of how out of shape I am. But I'm on the road to getting into great shape!
