I agree, and I noticed that moreso after she passed. I was getting friend requests on here and FB from everyone under the sun just for the simple fact they're being nosey! that's why i've only shared a few pictures of her. I have been asked by a lot of people when i'm going to post all of them and i just can't see myself doing that. that was the only time i got with her and i view that as precious time with my daughter. precious moments i don't need all of FB and BG to see.

All i have on my FB are close friends and family since her passing.

yeah, we had a photographer come and take pictures with her and us. we didn't pose or or dress her up. the photos we have are just the daily "what we went through" type photos. giving her a bath, cutting her curls, etc.

i guess i don't really care if i offend anyone on my page, because if they dont' like it they can delete themselves, i was moreso curious for my SO because his point of view, he thinks all of them should be private and not shared w/anyone. so i'm trying to get all sides so i can see where he's coming from too, because IMO, the select few i've shown, show how beautiful she was and how proud of a mom i am. and he feels he doesn't need to show pictures to show he's a proud dad or how beautiful she was.

I can't for the life of me remember where I saw it (probably here) but there was a woman who had posted a few pictures somewhere of her deceased child and some crazy ass woman took them and used the Blingee site to make some utterly outrageous edits to them (the baby with a joint in its mouth, words that said "HOT" and other such things on the pictures...I can't remember it all but it was sickening) I would not want the pictures to fall into the wrong hands...Internet is a damn free-for-all if certain things aren't "private".

I saw that, too. It made me absolutely sick.

I'm not sure what I would do. I think I would probably share them on my FB but I mostly just have friends and family on mine. I know they would want to see them. If I had a bunch of strangers I just added to have a lot of friends I wouldn't. I think I'd want to keep them more private and show them to people who would care more. I would show them freely on this site because I know women here would appreciate them and understand my desire to show them off.

I think you should show them wherever you want!

yeah i saw that! i was on a FB thread that had all the pictures and stuff. i felt horrible for those mom's who's baby's picture was taken and basically made fun of. i can't even imagine.
nothing against the women on BG because i've made a lot of close friends on here (My August mommy's thread and my loss thread) but there are a lot of people that are on here for the wrong reasons and take women for granted. Not saying all on this site are like that, but those select few ruin it for everyone.

I don't share Tatiana's, but I also have pictures of her from before. If I only had pictures from afterwards, it may be different. I haven't gone through those pictures since I had them developed and put them in her memory box.

I share them. I don't care if other people don't like it. They have no idea what I go through... those are my babies. If they have a problem they can take me off facebook. Granted I only post their photos on their angelversaries, it's not like I am posting them every day.

Share her with the world. I promised my son that when he died... that I would never be scared to talk about him and I would not let his memory die.

I say I'm all for the pictures, It's their children.

my son was born sleeping at 34 weeks so the only pics i have of him he is dead, i share 1 pic on facebook. if people are offended thats not my problem . Hes still my son and i am very proud of him the same as i am about my 4yr old daughter x

I only shared the ones from the Now I lay..... I have about 50 other pics that i had developed that I don't really share. Damien was born sleeping at 32 weeks. His skin started to come off(while he was inside me) and as much of a shock it was to me I don't want to put others thru that.
