fever question?

What is a fever for a 14 week old preemie? My son Dominick is 14 weeks and was born at 33weeks. that makes him 7 weeks now. he has a cold with a bad cough...took him to doctor lungs are clear they told us to wait it out unless he gets a fever. thanks

Anything above 100.4, but I don't normally start to worry until it reaches 103.5 and above and won't come down with meds.
