Bad news or normal?? :(

So based off my lmp im 6 weeks and a few days along....i dont really feel pregnant. My bbs were super sore and still are sore but the soreness has lessened and the only other thing is being tired. Some days I feel pregnant but others I totally feel like my normal self. Is this normal?
I try not to over think it but in the back of my mind all i can think is what if my hcg levels arent rising correctly or what if i have a blighted ovum etc...
two years ago I had a chemical pregnancy and so now im nervous. Shouldnt I be throwing up and peeing a ton?? The only "symptoms" i have are bigger and slightly sore bbs, tired, and gassy.

It's normal and a blessing. Enjoy it because it might not last.

Ok good and thank you!! My first appointment isnt until the 25th and the way our base does it, it's only an intake class so other than a blood test to confirm I still have to play the waiting game.
Do you happen to know about cramps? They are nothing compared to af cramps and never last long but i do have them sometimes and it worries me.
Sorry, im completely new at this lol!

I found out i was pregnant at 6weeks. My only symptoms were dizziness & tender breasts. I am now 28weeks & to this day i still have never experienced morning sickness. Be grateful that you are one of the lucky ones.. so far.

Cramps can be normal, too. With my first, cramps were the reason I thought I was pregnant.

This is my first pregnancy and the only symptom I had for a long time was increased discharge. I never had morning sickness until I was in my second trimester and I didnt really feel pregnant. I worried about everything, I had some bleeding early on and cramping and I had convinced myself that it was an tubal pregnancy. You just have to relax and see how things go, at this point all you can do is take care of yourself and the baby. Worrying and stressing is not good for either one of you.

Hey! I'm due the same day as you according to my LMP.
I honestly *knock on wood* don't feel much different either. I've been a bit nauseous, and tired. My boobs hurt a bit sometimes, but nothing horrible. My hubby was making fun of me because I keep taking tests, knowing full well what the result will be.
I guess we should be glad that we're feeling alright so far.
Edit: To fix spelling.
