[snip!] ... habits / dieting you have taken up as well? 3 ) Finally, how much weight you have lost and how long it took to loose it?”I do pilates and am an avid biker..I started back up full force a month after giving birth/I don't eat anything processed,mainly raw foods,and it has allowed me to keep my weight at around 105ish non pregnant.I am 5'4"by the way.Seems to me,cutting carbs is the only way I have any energy at all.
