Ive never exercised in my life, so bare with me.
I started 30 day shred to day and my knee is killing me. Are all workout videos that hard on your knees? I don't want to quit bc I think it'll screw with my motivation but damn, my knee hurts.
I was able to get through one 30 day round of Ripped In 30, another video of hers that is very similar, before my knee started giving me problems.
I hear a lot of people complain about it with her videos. It was a pretty common problem with everyone in the 30 Day Shred thread as well.
i can usually do workout videos, no problem. however, with the 30DS, i got about halfway through the month and i just couldn't do it anymore because of knee pain - all those squats and lunges! if you want to continue with the dvd, you'll just have to somehow modify it. but you def. need to change something if your knees are hurting - you don't want to damage them!
