I'm scared of labour..everyone has some horror story they think is funny to tell an expectant mom. I think reading about it in medical terms makes it a bit easier on me.

Anyone have some positive labour stories to tell? Particularly if you chose a natural birth..cause I'm really trying..

This post is so wonderfully gross LOL. Great information though. I don't remember losing mine with my son...but then again, I was on bed rest the last 2 1/2 months due to spotting and dialating almost 4cm in my 7th month. We will see what happens with this one. Good luck to all the expecting mommies : )

I had a lot of clear/white discharge early, too. I either had to change my undies quite often or wear a pad - yuck! My doc said I was o.k.
If you're worrying, however, I would definitely call your doc. They're being paid to take care of you and answer your questions! Don't feel bad about it at all. I promise they won't think you're strange for calling, and you'll feel much better after you talk to them.

Is it o.k. to still have sex if you've lost your plug? I've lost mine over the last day or so, and am so ready for this baby to come out!

Ok I think a little bitty piece of my mucus plug fell out is that possible that it may be slowly falling out in pieces??

It's very possible for it to slowly fall out. Many women don't even notice it b/c it can come over a couple weeks stretch...

Thats nothing I'm looking forward to seeing, but thank you very much for the info. I never noticed it with my first pregnancy so I'm guessing it must have come out over a few weeks time. Now I know what to look forthis time though.

cool info! The picture was gross but I wouldn't havea clue if I never seen it. I just wonder if someone had to fish that glob out of a toilet to take a picture of it. eww..
