I know i still have 14 weeks left but i cant stop thinking about what to name this baby. My first sons name is Davin and that name was so easy to pick out! Any input would help, and i know the whole thing about when you see him youll know what his name is but i wanna have it narrowed down b4 then. I'm so bad at making quick decisionsthat his name could end up being something totaly out there like cabinet if i wait till then lol ,

i like Blake and Caleb.  

dont do Blake. I swear there's like way over 50 people who have posted that they're naming or named their son Blake on here in the last week.

I disagree. I love the name blake. There are so many people named caleb. I've only known 3 people in my whole life named blake, and two of them I'm related to lol.

blake isnt popular or adults but it's a very common name for babies right now and that makes a huge difference.
i know a couple of calebs, but they;re all in their 20 and 30's. not too many kids with that name.
i liked wesley bc i like the nickname wes. we thought about that for ours but i dont want the whole name, just the wes part! LOL.
I really like colin and i suggested it to my hubby (i had a childhood friend named colin and i love it, personally) but the hubby is OOBER picky and didnt want it.
(of course, he wont even say maybe to a name unless it's HIM that comes up with it, so pooh!)

lol my hubby is the complete opposite, i told him no on one name and ever since then he says its up to me. and i understand the whole blake thing, i mean i didnt know anyone named aiden until 3 of my friends named their sons it.  . I do like caleb, and colin is very irish which is y i like it. and i agree about wes too lol. I think this is just too much responsibility for one person.

Oh, I'm so with you on this, at least you have a couple ideas. I don't have a CLUE what I'd name a boy, thank goodness I'm only 9 weeks along. I haven't heard one single boys name that I even remotely like.

Although, I'm swamped with girls names.

I personally like Wesley, my 13 month old son's name is Wesley Adam. I like it because it's not so weird that people don't know what it is and it's not so common that there will be five of them in his class. The only downside is that when you see the stands with things that have names on them you can never find Wesley, but that can be a good thing to. Good Luck, boy's names are hard.
