First Mother;s Day Brag. :D

This has been the best mothers day that I could imagine sans baby.

My hubby woke me up with a back rub then changed and fed the baby while I laid in bed and chatted with them. Then he got all the bottles ready so I wouldnt have to do it later.

I then, went out with my sister to take our mom to mothers day brunch and Colin watched Luke while I was out.

I got back and spent some time with Luke and my siste came over to pick him up. My hubby had me leave the apartment and I went downstairs to find a limo waiting. Even though I have lived here my whole life, I have never gotten to do the tourist-y thing so Colin took me on a limo tour of DC and all the monuments.

After that we went to dinner at my favorite restaurant.  

On the ride back, I passed out and woke up at my front door.


It was so nice not having to drive, or wake up to feed the baby or make bottles. It was the best I could have hoped for.

I'm glad you enjoyed your day and that your husband was so thoughtful. Not the best day for a tour though. It's been raining all day.

LOL Tell me about it. We only got out at the Jefferson Memorial and got soaked.

Colin got hurt at Chili Cookoff yesterday so he had to limp so slowly through the pouring rain. I felt bad and said no more stops until dinner.

No kidding I got stuck in 65 mile per hour winds in pouring rain! If some guy hadn't been at the bus stop I would been taken away by the wind. so not a great start to the day lol
