Pregnant with ADD, how do you cope at work?
posted 10th Jul '12
Before I got pregnant I was taking adderall for ADD. I stopped taking it as soon as I found out I was expecting. I've been trying different methods at work to help me concentrate and get work done, but have struggling. It's at the point where I feel ridiculous that I'm having such a hard time concentrating and getting anything done.
Does anyone have tips on how they were able to cope during their pregnancy without medication?

I haven't taken my medication for well over 8+ years. I just decided to stop taking it. It's gotten so much better over the years, thank god, but I still get distracted & am so antsy, can't sit still, etc.
I really don't have a method on how I "cope" with it lol it's weird, I just do. That probably does not help at all. I try my best to just stay focused on everything. My biggest issue is my temper & now my hormones lol I'm so emotional!
