Speech disorders

My son is 2 almost 3 and has autism, sensory processing disorder and a speech disorder believed to be possibly speech apraxia. He also stopped breathing for about a minute or 2 after choking nearly 20 min. When he was a week old after he throw up and inhaled and we live a littl ways from town. They believe he may have some brain damagw from it now. Anyway my question is he is not processing speech well. He just talks randomly but with no real meaning. He cannot answer questions and does not understand speech. He repeats words and scripts movie lines and thats it and he also misprounces a lot of words more than normal and thats why they say he may have speech apraxia is the misprouncing words. He also has trouble swallowing his food and does no chew it. Anybody know what that may be? All they will tell me is they dont want to diagnosw just yet but i dont want a diagnoses just know what it could be. He does not know his name either and does not respond much to others but his hearing has been checked.
