No Jr or 2nd.

Okay, I recently found out I am haven a baby boy in December <3 & My other half wants a Jr or 2nd. But I dont. What do I do? I wanna change his mind. I dont mind naming him after his daddy, but i dont want a JR. grrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Remind him that it's a child with it own unique identity, not a reproduction of daddy. Let the child have its own identity.

Maybe just try and talk to him about incorporating his first name as a middle or something. I wouldn't want a JR either. I like my children having their own name.

Compromise? My DH and I gave our DS his middle name instead if making him a Jr or 2nd

You are the mother, you do have a say.  

Send him out for a drink while you're filling out the birth certificate. When he gets back, it's done.

Use Daddy's first or middle name as a middle name for the baby.
