They are governerd if thats how you spell it lol you can fix it so they stay at one speed. Ours is on 5mph till she gets bigger lol

I bought it from someone who had it brand new in the box still for 80.00 but walmart has them for 149.00 toys r us has them for I think 180.00 lol
