I just use kirkland free and clear. Baby detergent is free and clear stuff with the word baby on it so they can charge you more. I get a huge jug for about $5 more then the small jug that says its for babies. Also if you are not washing your clothes in it then its a waste of money. The baby touches your clothes just as much so it would be the same as using the same stuff on the babies clothes that you use on yours

I use ALL free and Clear, not so much for the baby tho, but bc my husband is severely allergic to all scents and dyes in detergents (or soaps for that matter.) I am of the personal opinion tho that the "special baby dtgts" are really a gimmick... Just get on the is free of dyes and scents is you worry it will be too harsh, but before my hubby, I used Gain and it never bothered my son... I used Purex (I think it was, it was a cheap-o LOL) too.

im currently still using dreft, it was a gift. but you can buy cheaper brands as long as it doesnt have all the addtives in it that can bother babies skin. most babies will be ok with regular detergent unless they have super sensitive skin, which my son does.

I use whatever I have since I hold my kids close to me and their faces and bodies are on my clothes.....never had any trouble with any of the 4 kids using the family detergent.

I'll be using All, small and mighty, just like we use on our clothes. The one in the white bottle, can't remember the name, is suppose to be great for baby as well. If it becomes a problem, THEN I'll use Dreft. Otherwise, no sense in buying two different ones when we already use one that's fine for baby!
