Issue or not?

I'm not sure if this is "normal" or not so I thought I'd ask.
Since I woke up this morning I've been having pretty constant period-like cramps. When I'm up and moving my lower back hurts pretty bad. Nausea, feeling very sick to my stomach.
I have a headache but those are normal for me, so I don't know if I should "include" it or not. And I'm pretty sure this is irrelevant but my legs are so sore and hurt so bad I could barely lift them to put my pants on.
Anyway, should I chalk all this up to yet more pregnancy stuff or keep an eye on it? TIA.

How long are they lasting, and how often are they happening?
Are you drinking some water? Been laying on your left side? Have you been pee recently?
My OB told me I was having BH when I told him I was having period like cramps, and he said RLP can make them hurt more, too. After doing some research of my own, I seen that having to pee can trigger BH. I also know being dehydrated can cause them, and either laying on your left side (if you've been up moving around) or getting up and moving around (if you've been still) can make them go away.

I think its pretty normal i have been going through the same thing for a few weeks if not the last couple of months .. and it doesnt get any easier or much better .. take a warm bath or shower if your hands and feet swell or the shower/bath dont work soak them in cold water .. and is the does the nauseous feeling hit you in the morning or all day? mine is usually in the morning .. if so try eating something small even if its just a few pretzels. or drink some ginger ale .. that helps settle my stomach

Steph, I thought I'd add, I think the headache, back ache and leg aches are unrelated, but normal pregnancy issues.
I know my lower back is KILLING me today and was yesterday, too.
