That is something only a dentist can tell you. I let 3 of mine grow in and it pushed my teeth and made them crooked as hell and the 4th was impacted. In the long run I dont think its worth it. If you have the room for it then sure let them grow in, if not be prepared for months of horrible pain, possible infections, and headaches. I personally would just take them out.

If it grows in normally, you may not even have to have it removed.

Mine are still growing in, have been for two years now, and it's taken this long for it to really bug me to the point of wanting it out.

But it's growing in sideways, and is stuck under my jawline. Smurfing kills.

You should see a dentist if it gives you problems or looks weird.

it feels really weird like it dosent belong where it is   its unconfortable, dosent really hurt just dosent feel like it belongs there at all and i put my finger there and it dosent seem like i should get a tooth there because theres barely any space and if i bite on the side it bleeds.

I have a metric smurf ton of wisdom teeth. 4 on each side on both top and bottom. [16 teeth.] They have been starting to come in lately, it doesn't really hurt but I cut my tongue on them alot, and my food gets stuck in them alot. I can't get anything done about them though until after my LO is born.

They sometimes remove it before it even comes out, for my wisdom teeth they actually cut into my gums and then stitched them closed when they were out. You should go in, they could start pushing and messing up your other teeth.

I had to have mine removed because they were growing in improperly and one caused an infection.. So I had 4 impacted and 4 cut out. Now my DH is getting his done on Thursday and he only has to have 3 cut out because one grew in completely normal and causes him no problems.

Sometimes when they grow in they can stay, or if need be they can just pull them. If they are impacted and cause issues then they need to be cut out.

Get it removed.

I cut 2 wisdom teeth, one at 28 and one at 31, and both of them broke while eating dinner, leaving me with extreme pain and an exposed nerve. Get em pulled, ask for some loretab, (it hurts like hell after they pull them and the novacaine wears off), have someone help with your kids for a week, and just recoup.

Theres risks but thats with any procedure and any type of anesethia.
I had one that was growing down and was next to a major nerve, there was possibility of temporary or permanent paralysis of the face. But I had an amazing surgeon and everything turned out fine. Its 2 sided, sometimes they can cause infections and that can be just as harmful.

I had level 4's out of 5. 5 being the worst impaction. And my recovery was fairly well. I had minimal swelling, and just kept up on my pain meds and rested. I had mine done 2 days before christmas when my LO was 9 months old.
