Oh, okay as long as she has wet diapers. And you can still nurse with implants. What she's going through is normal. Most BF babies want the boob 24/7 in the beginning. If you want you can try a pacifier but I wouldn't suggest a bottle this early.

Really? At 4 weeks? They told me at the hospital he should have a couple crappy diapers a day. My LO poops almost every time he eats, which is at least every hour lol.

try pumping with a vacuum it works much better. Make sure to put super glue around your nipples first.
