breast enlargement?

i'm 4months PP and me and my SO have both noticed lately that my breasts are suddenly larger then they were a month ago.. i'm not breastfeeding but i am still producing milk for some reason and lately they've been producing more then what they were before. they also get tender after a while if i squeeze them too much, which i try not to.. but has anyone ever experienced random breast enlargement? i'm so scared that it's breast cancer because i can't tell the difference between a lump and breast tissue..

i really hope not.. we've been using protection every single time. i know that it doesn't always work, but i really hope that's not the case. my son is only 4months..

Pregnant is my guess also.
If not, try frozen cabbage leaves to try and dry your milk up.
