In my country, you get punished if you walk around naked in the streets. Lmao. Well, if you only show your breasts, or any private areas, you get punished with a fine, too. So, let's say there's a breastfeeding mother in the street, and her boob can be totally seen. Is it okay to punish her with a fine just like they would do with any women showing off her breasts?

Actually, recently, there was a woman in the supermarket, looking over her hyper toddler and breastfeeding a little baby, almost newborn. She was stoped by the staff and asked to cover the breasts in order to stay in there.
