Pork Sausage

I have about a pound and a half of pork sausage ( ground) I need a recipe for it for dinner. Any ideas? ( I don't have pasta sauce or else I'd make some kind of pasta bake.).

Check on the food network for more gourmetish recipes. I'm assuming its not in a casing. You can always try tacos!

You could make biscuits and gravy or breakfast tacos.

Nope it's like a sausage you'd make into pattys.. Maybe I could make like sausage burgers. I didn't even think about that. Lol.

I've only had chicken biscuits and gravy.  

Stuffed peppers with rice?

You can add it to a lot of sauces,not just red. You can also tear it into little pieces and make sausage pizza. As another posted said,try foodnetwork.com. they have a thing where you put in what ingredients you DO have and gives you various recipies.
