Tingling

Lately I've been getting a tingling sensation like in between my ribs, almost where they meet at the top but with just an inch or two left between (hope that's a good explanation).

It mostly happens more towards the left but I got it once or twice on the right. What could this be? Is it just normal? I thought maybe from my uterus constantly growing and taking up room that my ribs are just getting squished. Sometimes it's kind of painful too, if that makes any difference. I was jw if it was a concern or it just happens.
