i went in with no plan, and had a natural delivery - twice!

hurt like a biotch.

I must say i dont know how u guys with pit made it i was screaming at my nurse for like an hour. I had nubain and it didnt help it was stronger then morphine tho. The 2 together didnt help i had them both on board after i delivered, i went to the OR for a D and C tho.

I loved my induction. They only turned the pit to a 3 though before my contractions started to kick in. I didn't have full blown pit. Just a little to jump start everything. I thought my induction was WAY easier then my first birth. Lol

oh mine was maxed with my son and i dont know how far i got with my daughter but it was up there as well. But i had an unsulin pump as well and antibotics for gbs and regular saline and a whole smurf load of stuff on my IV my nurses could not keep them all straight lol.

I wanted a natural labor. I labored 17 hours with out pain medication got fully dilated and pushed for 5 hours but couldnt get DD out. (They did give me pitocin in the hopes of making my contractions stronger to push her out.) I ended up getting a c-section. Obviously I had a spinal for that. C-section totally sucked goodluck. I'm planning a natural VBAC for my second I'm TTC.

I planned on going natural and did Three times. I enjoyed all three experiences and wouldn't have it any other way!!

I planned (and hoped!) to be drugged out of my mind... didn't happen like that!   ALL NATURAL, BABY!

I didn't plan to go natural, but ended up doing it. My contractions weren't too bad, and I wasn't dilating so they thought that I wasn't in labor. Ten minutes later, when they were about to discharge me, my water broke. When they checked me, I was already 10cm dilated and my son was on his way out. They had to clamp my legs shut so that he wouldn't come out. There was no time to prep the delivery room or anything. Ten minutes later, he was born.

It wasn't painful at all, to me. This time, I'm opting for natural.

no pain killers first 2 however I'm no hero cause

first one was only 3hrs 45 minutes of pain (which is bloody quick compared to some)

and my second one I only had 20 minutes of bad pain

if I had a 20 hour labour or something ghastly like that I probably would have been screaming for the drugs

my first was born in the bath.....I refused to get out LOL :-)
