family pics!

so today we went to get our family pictures done at portrait innovations (LOVE the place).. any way we had to stop the session because my 2.5 year old and 17 month old would not cooperate. we got 5 good poses (thankgod lol)
is this normal?? do u have any suggestions for next time?

Sounds about right lol. My 28 month old use to be so photogenic, now, it's about impossible to get a decent pic of him looking at the camera and smiling. The only thing we do is try to distract him by standing behind the photographer doing silly things. But that means we don't have many family pics lol
