What is this rash? (pic)

This is where the rash is. There are a couple spots on his lower back that are small and similar, other than that, this is it. Just on his inner thigh.

could be a reaction to a vaccination? or maybe just a heat rash.

has he been running a fever or anything?

No fever, not a heat rash. And no vaccinations recently.

i was leaning toward yeast, but it's not in his groin. And bacteria is usually around his butt hole and balls. But this is just right on his thigh. I'm confused.

any spots on hands/feet? only asking because hand foot and mouth seems to be going around like crazy, and you can get the spots anywhere.

Nothing anywhere, except as noted. What is hand, foot, mouth? Does he need a prescription?

it looks similar to the spots my daughter had when she had hand foot mouth, if that's what it is it'll spread some, but it goes away on it's own after a week. i'd take the child in to get it checked out though

no it's just a virus, my nephew hand it and had little sores on his hands and feet, my daughter got it and got some of the spots on her butt also, also another friends kid got it and had the rash a lot worse. But it generally starts with a fever, and possible sore throat. It takes a few days to run its course and the spots are gone in a week or so

yea when my daughter had it, it started on her butt cheeks and upper thighs so i thought it was yeast first, then it went to her feet, then around the outside of her mouth. she also had a fever with it

I'm still confused, because he has no fever, he has been eating fine, nothing in/on/around his mouth, hands, feet.. nothing. Although the blisters that were posted look similar. Looks like I should just take him in.

It appeared this morning after his am diaper change out of no where and he says ow when I touch it.
