I'd like to stay at $50-60 (includes shipping) & I'd like to order off of Sephora.
I rarely wear eyeshadow so I need something new so I can start! lol

I have light skin with light brown eyes. So help me out pleeease

I would suggest the naked 2 pallet By urban decay   its my new favorite!!!! It's been mentioned in this thread a bunch. That's why I got it lol

Do you use a bit of all colors? Or do you have a specific few you like?
I've gotten a pallet before and only used like... One color.

I use all the colors. Smurfing amazing palette.

I'm definitely getting the Naked2 as one of my back to school treats, haha. I get my grant (hopefully) tomorrow and I'm buying my school supplies and a couple of treats for myself to start off my semester on a good foot.

Lucky you ! I got Financial Aid & A scholarship , so i was hoping to buy some back to school makeup also but the money didnt even cover the full cost of my tutition and my books. :/ & CNA 1's Required "Supply List" is going to cost smurfing hundreds of dollars ! No new makeup for me :/

But i did get a new Mascra last week, i think its by Maybelline Called "Falsies" I LOVE it.

That sucks! I get a pell grant, and a BOGG waiver (waives my tuition) so all I had to pay was 25.50 in other fees, and I have to pay 20 for a parking permit. My books are gonna cost under 200 dollars, so I'll have leftover moneys. BUT I didn't get it today ):

& How do you get a BOGG waiver ? What exactly is BOGG?
