re: 1 month to go! August babies

I have 6 more weeks to go im going to try to give birth without drugs, but i might not be able to. my husbands family has big babys so im worried about that. this is mine and my husbands 1st and its a girl. in my family all the girls have girls and the boys have boys. my sister has 3 girls my brother has 4 boys and my other brother has 2 boys. i wanted a boy, but im having a girl and since the day i found out i've been so happy my husband is just worried, but hes really happy 2.
Im over been pregnant though. im in pain all the time and walking causes sharp pains in my sides. plus i wanna meet my little girl so bad. her names going to be Elizabeth Marian Egbert, but her nickname will be Ellie.

mixed emotions im due augest 18th i want him out so badddd im tired of knocking over stuff with my tummy but as a first time mom the actual delivery part scares the hell out of me

same here i dont think ill be able to do it without a epidural, but right now the plan is to try to do it without it.

Same here. i also hate been so big. i've never been as big as i am now in my whole life.

My Little guy will be born July 30th C-section cannot wait too meet him!!

I'm due August 24th and I'm hoping for a natural birth.

I feel good. Just ready for my little man to be here. some MAJOR swelling and circulation problems. Braxton Hicks quite often too! So i'd be happy if he decides to come 2 weeks early lol

I have 5 weeks today until my scheduled C-Section(Aug 14). I am excited and a little nervous. This is my 2nd C-Section so I already know the drill but still...I have been on the progesterone injections since 17 weeks until now since my 1st son came so early. I hope this one comes a week or two early. Im so ready. Its so hot here and Ive been pretty uncomfortable for a few weeks now. We cant wait to meet our new baby boy!!!!

Has anyone else been suffering crippling headaches ? I am so worn out just from the pain  

been having more nerve jerking and pain in legs buttocks? guessing sciatic. only have 5 weeks 5 days left but feels like eternity. Getting prepped for upcoming weeks....hospital bag packed. baby has a place to sleep. pack n play and bassinet. have diapers ready baby clothes, some baby washes. baby shower next saturday. Feet have been swollen been congested for about 2 months now. I am more tired and I feel the baby some at night too now. .....wish i had more hrs in the day.

I think I developed RLS during pregnancy lol. I'll be sitting somewhere and if I feel real tired my legs will start twitching.

We're actually trying to figure out exactly how far along I am right now... :/ But, I'm due somewhere between the 13th and the 23rd. I'm having a C-section since my son was breech and I had to have an Emergency C-section with him.

I just came back in from a nice swim in the pool a little while ago and I feel GREAT!   Seriously, if you can get in a pool and swim, DO IT! And, as a bonus, it got my 1 year old nice and worn down for his 2 o'clock nap!  

my birth plan includes an epidural. Handed the plan to my nurse midwife last month. I am trying to remember to do kegels but its hard. I am getting ready mentally and feel so emotional right now. I just want the birth process to be as smooth as possible. If they recomend c-section for my and the babies benefit I will opt for that too.
