Gym exercises to get rid of baby weight all over.

I signed up for the gym & am going tonight. I want to lose inches & tone, basically all over. Especially my tummy, thighs, arms, & back.

What are some good exercises to do?

You need a good balance of cardio (running, biking, elliptical) and weights/strength training all over.

H much is it for a gym membership? I need to lose about 30 pounds...but I can't do it at home. I have no motivation.

The best way to lose fat is to do cardio. Any type will do, really. For toning, do squats with kettle bells, push ups, pull ups, side crunches, and sit ups. All of the basic exercises really do work well.

Cardio burns fat. I walk 3 miles a day and do an hr of Zumba. I always suggest pilates for all over toning. If you have a smart phone, the fitness trainer app by skimble is really helpful.

I have a family plan with my husband at Everybody Fitness (It used to be called Cardinal Fitness) for $40 all together. They now have childcare during the day, tanning, & it's open 24 hours a day Monday thru Friday, & until 10pm Saturday & Sunday.

I think some kind of exercises will be more helpful to loss our weight. Recently, I had seen one of my friend's review about the gym exercises. In present days, Many of them are more important about the health. There is no age limit to maintain our body in good shape and more healthy. In market, Many kind of equipments also available which will helpful to develop our body in a good way, Not only equipments many gym centers also available, In that they provide the basic to advanced exercises and also with proper food diet.
