i did for 8 years, im kind of over it now... I don't NEED his money and he knows that but when i last talked to him (3 years ago) i told him I was setting up a bank account for my son's college fund and putting any support I got into it... never did receive any to put in it though. Thankfully he's set for college anyways because my grandmother has an RESP set up and the money from my dad's estate went into it (not much but it adds up).

I've been going through this for 11yrs

it sucks when your child is on medication and you don't have benefits though. My son was on 2 different scripts for his ADHD at one point and it was costing me over $300 a month out of pocket and his dad didn't give a rats ass.

I feel your pain! I am currently owed $9000 in child support, and the state of Vermont is by far the WORSE state to try and collect support from. No license to take away so its pretty much a slap on the wrist, every 3 months in court, a small payment *might* be made and then...see ya in 3 months! WTF is wrong with the judicial system?!
