I need some advice... I have patches of skin (on my forehead, mostly, sometimes my nose and cheeks) that are dry, and if I scratch (yes, I know that's bad) some of it flakes off, some of it doesn't though. It's really frustrating. I can not get it to go away.

I use a daily moisturizer by Aveeno, since my skin tends to be sensitive, but it's not helping with that problem.

Also, my skin gets really oily throughout the day in my T-Zone, but yet I have days where I feel like my face is going to crack when I smile too big. How can my face feel so dry, but be oily too?

My other major problem is that I've been struggling with acne for about 11 years now. I haven't found any products that help significantly. When I wake up in the morning and wash my face, I usually have about 20 white head type zits on my foreheard, along with all the weird dry skin, and probably about 20 all over my face in other spots.

For the most part, those are the types of zits I get, but I also get those big painful red ones, that feel really deep, or just red zits that don't want to pop or do anything, they just sit on my face for weeks.

Anyways I just need some sort of advice, I'm very frustrated with my face.

The acne will have to be treated by a doctor if you've dealt with it most of your life, they will do tests on you to see if the acne is bacterial or an infection. If it is an infection it can be cleared up with antibiotics, and however strong the infection, it may take months- but the acne will be cleared after you're done.
Dryness (paired with an oily skin) can be fixed by a process called Anaphoresis. It forces water soluble products with electricity to enter the skin and rehydrate the skin.
Also, I would change up your skin care regimen. Take a look at some different products for combination skin and I would strongly recommend a gel cleanser for the oil and a lavender toner for the sensitivity.

Cool! Can u post a pic of the tinting then the tattooed after u get it?? I'm really interested in it but like u said I'm scared it will look fake

Yeah, for sure I will. It might take a while though, it’s a bit expensive!
