I already know about all the bleeding, and i know it wont last, i only worry about not functioning after to love on my daughter is all, but i will luckily have help, i just don't want to be put to sleep for the procedure, i guess i kind of rather feel like i am miscarrying so i dont feel as bad emotionally.

thats VERY normal- to wish for a miscarriage instead. unfortunately, its probably not going to happen without you initiating it.

it sounds like you have lots of help lined up, so i think youll be fine.

You are amazing, i know for a fact i want to do this, But i am glad you gave me tips in which to be prepared for everything, how long does the bleeding last usually? i just really want to get this over with but with a more natural way instead of being put to sleep and getting it sucked out.

The heavy bleeding was about a week, then it tapered off over the next 2 weeks. I mean it's really heavy the first week, then the next week its like a normal period, then light spotting the next week. You can bleed for up to 6 weeks but the earliest on you don't bleed as much. I've heard 2-3 be typical, but most of that is a lighter period bleeding. The heavy bleeding doesn't last the whole time.

Is it basically like the bleeding after you give birth, i had a c-section with my daughter i remember the bleeding lasted for awhile and the first days were so bad and smelly ugh haha, but no cramping and junk. but i know i will have it for sure after the pill, i am used to painful period i have had them my entire life, and i had a good taste of the pain of labor so i know it wont be fun.

I am used to large clots anyways (I've always had them with my periods) but had larger clots. You can expect up to palm sized clots and that is normal for the first couple days. It is pretty much like after birth though, you have the large clots and shed the lining and then it tapers off into a regular period like bleeding. I had a C-section too and my C-section was much worse with the cramping, though my C-section was freaking hell because I had no help with my ex. If you are used to painful cramps (like me) it will probably easier for you to fare. But even if you are feeling good take your pain meds, because when you get behind them you hurt!

Ah I don't want to hurt : ( i am used to cramping, in fact i have been cramping very badly all day today on and off, and the day before also, but i just want to be able to function to love on my daughter, but i know i have got to do this.

Like I said, try to time it where you will be sleeping during the night. Time goes quick and you will be up and back to normal soon.

idk if it has been answered and i also don't know if it has changed. but it was like 5 pills that I had to take.
(sorry if this is detailed or just blunt but i dont want to make it seem easy because when i got mine someone made it seem so easy like you take the pill you bleed and its over ... lol)
The first one was given to me in the office: this stops the fetus from growing.
Then they give you 4 more pills to take the next day. You put two on each side of your mouth and let them dissolve, within a few hours you get what feels like the WORST period ever. (sorry if that makes you nervous but its honest it was the worst pain ever)
within a few hours or so (everyone is different with that) you will feel like you have to poop lol (best way to explain that) which is you passing the sac. I bled pretty heavily for a while but passing the sac happened sooo fast for me.

I have talked to different woman about there experience with the abortion pill and i have finally decided to go with the surgical procedure instead, I am going in next Tuesday, and I chose to be put to sleep for the 10 minute procedure, I am going to do all it takes to stay strong, than come home to my daughters smiling face and hold her close.

Do what you have to do   For me it wasn't an option, but I've had other friends do it and they preferred it. If that's more comfortable... do it! Good luck

I have had both done, think the pill worked well for me. since my surgical was very emotional for me. the pill just felt like aheavy period for m. was not bad at all and was able to work the following night. The surgical made me feel groggy and tired. and sick. wen woke up there were people standing outside with picket signs and made m feel terrible. the pill was more comforting and was at home.

I'm choosing to be put to sleep, i'm sure i'll be groggy but that's normal, i'd do the pill but i have a daughter to come home to so i cant be in pain for 2 days in a row on the pill.
