Evening Primrose Oil or castor oil

so i heard of castor oil but not primrose oil trying to see have any one did one of these and have it worked for u .....thinking about doing one of these cause i cant walk i cant move .. i need help with everything because of the spams and the back pain.....

Castor oil is the devil. Your smurf will bleed.

Evening primose is great for preparing your cervix and you can start using it now, take 2 pills orally daily and in the evening, insert one vaginally, try and get it as close to your cervix as possible. Wear a pad bc it will likely leak some, and stains bc it's oil.

Caster oil will give you the runs & hardly ever starts labour, even after the due date has gone. It just upsets your stomach.
Evening primrose oil helps soften the cervix for a quicker labour when labour starts on it own.
Waiting is only way sorry xx

If you're in that much pain, talk to your doctor. There are ways of managing pain without having to give birth. Go to a chiropractor, get a massage, hell you can even ask for medications that are safe to use during pregnancy if its that bad.
