how about you stop being selfish and let your baby go to 40 weeks? you need help, but not with going into labor, chicky.

My daughter's lungs weren't mature at 36 weeks. She was born at 38 weeks, and had to be worked on. So YES, something could happen to your son if he is born a few weeks early.

To answer you question, castor oil causes diarrhea, which can cause dehydration, which is why my doctor heart rate kept dropping between 36-37 weeks. I was 4 cm. and 90% effaced at 37 weeks. I had my membranes stripped, walked for hours, walked up and down stairs, bounced on a yoga ball, had a chiropractor adjustment and a massage using pressure points, had sex. I was advised not to use castor oil because of the risk of dehydration, so I didn't. EPO softens the cervix. Nothing will send you into labor unless your body is ready. It will just cause painful false labor. I had to be induced because my water started leaking and put my daughter at risk for infection. I'm NEVER doing anything to try to induce labor before I'm due again.

You want to go that route?
At least my children don't have an uneducated moron for a mother. I really hope there's somebody in your kid's lives that are a tad more intelligent than you.
If their dad is as stupid as you are the poor things won't stand a chance.
They'll be a failure just like you are.
And probably as whiny and selfish as you too.

Why, what exactly do you think causes that?

My placenta was functioning perfectly fine, the baby was growing well. Do you think your body just goes "oh smurf, it's 42 weeks, countdown to baby killing time"
In the past Women routinely went much further than 42 weeks, it's only in the last few decades with induction happy doctors and sue happy paitients that 42 weeks became the limit,
