solids and preemies

Do we introduce solids according to the baby's real ar adjusted age? Thanks!

DD was born at 34 weeks and her pedi told us it was okay to start at her actual age and she did fine with them. It would just depend on how early your LO was and what the pedi says.

I did everything to my dd adjusted age. She was 2 months early. So she was 6 months old when I introduced solids but 4 months adjusted. hope this helps.

we went by adjusted, he was 3 months early so we started around 8-9 months which wouldve made him 5-6 months old adjusted.. hes 17 months and we still do everything to his adjusted age which is 14 months
