HELP!!!! DH BURN SHOULD HE WORK

He was waxing a boat yestersay and he is extremely red he said he can barely move his shoulders and he actuually screamed when I put aloe gel on him , Hes a semi driver so he will be using his arms and what not which he said he can barely lift.

He's just pissed because he doesnt want to go in but I told him he may have sun poisoning...

should I take him to urgent care if he does? he about to call!!!

I would if it is that bad. But you can use something called ickmathaw ( excuse my spelling not sure if correct) it works really well on burns even really bad ones. They sell it at the pharmacy it stinks bad but works. Good luck hope he feels better.

People get sun burns all the time. Unless there's like actual fluid filled blisters it's just a 1st degree burn. Yeah it hurts and it sucks but it's not deadly. And it's gonna hurt, lidocaine hurts.

I don't think a sun burn would be a good reason to miss work. My DH was sun burned bad when he was a roofer and went in the next day. I hate sunburns so much! I would probably call off for one lol but I would not let my work know that was the reason. Next time make him wear sunscreen. I use baby sunscreen sometimes lmaoo like I said I HATE sunburns.
