upper thighs hurt!

okay so for a while now whe i toss n turn in bed my upper thighs hurt.. when i walk to the bathroom in morning or during the night im hunched over like a old grandma lol starting to wander if this is normal i was told i had

SPD (SYMPHSIS PUBIC DISPLACIER) it does bother me too much like the pain is bearable i just wander if its normal...

im having the same problem its like you cant hardly move when you first get up you have to move slowwww!
