my boyfriend lives with me and nothin has happened or will happen .. my mom lied to the government while living with my dad for 17 years and till this day we all have medicaid.. just be smart

I'm not living with the baby's father, we recently broke up, but still get along. I have been unemployed for 1 year and have been living with my parents. The father wants to be a part of the baby's life which is fine with me. My question is: the father hasn't paid his taxes in several years and is worried about my giving Medicaid his name..... what should I do?
