I know two girls with the name one with an e and one with an a. I prefer with the e. The one with the a looks as if you would pronounce like "lind say" not lind see. Just my opinion.

Lindsey is the original spelling, so that's what I prefer. If someone said their name was Lindsey, this is how I would assume it was spelled.

I have no feelings towards it at all. I guess if I had to choose it would be Lindsay, simply because that is the only way anyone I personally know with the name spells it.
