What does this look like? (bug bite)

Please excuse my gross back, but what kind of bug bite does this look like? It's swollen and painful.

Hmm.. could it be a pimple or an ingrown hair?

I don't think so, it just came up in the last 15 minutes. Pimples and ingrowns don't usually pop up that fast.

I hope it's just an ant, it's HUGE though, I'm worried it's a spider bite. I've got another just like it on my thigh.
