enternal clock a question

posted 10th May
some one told me that to help set as babys internal clock is at night when you want her to start going to sleep turn the lights down and the noise and in the morning when you would like her to wake up so she is awake long enough to go to sleep and eat and stuff when she needs to put her in an hour of direct light and music

any one else heard about this? dont know it works but worth a try?

Sounds like a perfectly fine idea and couldn't hurt to try it !

I've been doing somethig similar. About an hour before bed, we eat, get changed, put on PJ's and rock until she falls asleep. In the morning, when she is really awake, we go right downstairs to eat and play for a bit before morning nap. I don't know if it helps her but I love having somewhat of a schedule. It makes me feel saner
