Bored and so I cook

I had a craving - so I whipped up a batch of buffalo wing cheese dip for dinner tonight . Can you say unhealthy? But oh so yummy !!
We are having the dip with pitas and nacho chips .

2 pkgs cream cheese softened
2 cups chopped chicken (cooked of course)
1/2 cup hot sauce of your choice
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Mix together and cook on low in crockpot for 2-3 hours or bake in oven in glass pan until bubbly and hot @ 350 degrees.


What's everyone else having for dinner tonight?

i think im gonna go make onion rings honestly haha. :]

I'll be at work.. so free food from pappadeaux. lol

Either Chicken stir-fry or Blackened Talapia (fish). I haven't decided yet.

ooohhhhh we're havin tilapia too (fried) with rice pilaf an some vegetables but im not sure it i want the rice & veggies or rice & beans ?

That sound so good I think I might just have to try and make that. Yummy!!! I was thinking about making tator tot dish its easy and good.
Put two pounds of hamburger meat in a cake pan even it out and then spead two can of cream of mushroom soup over the hamburger meat. Then using frozen tator tots lining the whole pan covering all of the soup up. Cover the tator tots with sherreded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for one hour at 425 degrees. Yum I'm so hungry now

That sounds good too ! I have heard about it so many times but never tried it ! Eventually I'll pick up some tater tots and give it a try  

atleat you got something planned, i want to eat everything and everything at the same time doesn't sound good.... it weird. maybe we'll dine out tonight, hubby wants to bbq... i had enough of that already

If I make the fish I will more than likely also make some brownrice, cornbread, okra, and corn. Hmmmm decisions, decisions.
