Periods...

How were they after your baby was born? Did they get worse? Better or what? Did birth control help or make it worse?

the initial bleeding or actual periods once the bleeding stopped?

After I had LO I got my mirena my periods aren't painful but they are irregular which sucks But I rather be like this then in all the pain I used to be in before I literally wouldn't be able to get out of bed !

I have the pain now, but I didn't have it before.. Im not sure how to ease the pain so I can at least feed and change my daughter..

Talk to your doctor when you get the chance if your breatfeeding to see if they can prescribe you something or if your able to take over the counter stuff like midol what kind of bc do you have??? Before I was even having sex my doctor gave me the pill to help with the pain it helped a bit...

I'm on lo loestrin fe. The pain wasn't bad with my first 2 periods after giving birth, but this on it terrible.

I had my LO in March and started my period 8 weeks later. Then in June I got the Mirena. My periods seemed heavier but the cramping was a lot less than before pregnancy. Once I got the Mirena I bled for a couple weeks but now I get my periods less often which is nice.
