Boob issues.

I ebf and today I noticed when I was nursing my DD on the left side it started to hurt like inside my boob, kind of hard to explain but now my nipple is getting like random shocks of pain that like burn., idk wtf is going on. Anyone else have any ideas?

When I had it, it felt like needles going through my nips when I let down and he sucked hard.

Check her mouth for any white spots, even tiny ones on her tongue, gums or the roof of her mouth. If you see some, go to the pedi or your OB. I needed a liquid for him and a cream for my nips, I had it very bad.

I don't see anything in her mouth, so who knows. What kind of cream did you use? I have nystatin from when she had yeast in her diaper area.

That is exactly how it felt when my daughter and I had thrush. I was told that both mom and baby should be treated because otherwise it can end up getting passed back and forth. Even with both of us being treated we had a hard time getting it cleared up. I hope you two will have an easier time then I did.
