You can do red white and blue layered cupcakes. But that is time consuming lol

Decorate icing in pattern of flag. Or decorate all of them in coordination to make a flag.

Im just doing icing, flags, and maybe some sprinkles..

i made a jello cake got white cake baked it mixed blue jello poured over top let it sit poked more holes poured red jello let it set then top with whipped cream

I'm afraid the dye will make it taste funky

Use whit cake mix... Fill the cupcakes about normal amount.. a little less... Then divide the rest and use food coloring to make one bowl red and one bowl blue... Put that mixture on top of what u already poursed into the cupcake holders.. just a little bit. Then use a toothpick to swirl it around. Do every other a different color and then use opposite colored icing... Sorry if thats confusing.
