i have an account, but havent really started using it... i was wondering if the "advised" calorie intake/calorie burn is even accurate for me since i ebf. it didnt give me any options about bfing and i know that it burns alot of calories throughout the day.

They have a section for exercise to put in for how many calories you've burned. I'm not sure BF is listed, but you can try to google how many calories are burned while BF and enter it manually.

I have it. I was on an 8- day log in strea until I got pregnant, now I am on there hit or miss. But I am still trying to stick to calorie counting because I didnt lose 20 lbs for nothing. I dont want to gain too much weight just because I am pregnant. I want to gain what healthy, but no excess.
