ectopic????

What are the chances of having another ectopic???

How many have you had??

I am currently 4 weeks pregnant ... or about 3.5 and i have a sticking pain only when i bend over my number are 435 an 11 ....

I am worried its an ectopic again... My first one was about 1.5 years ago

Why did you make another post about the exact same thing?

My sister had one... so I am only going off of her... the chances are high, but if you talk to your doctor and they keep an eye on it from the get go, you have a better chance of catching it early on and preventing any severe damage.

Her right tube had to be completely removed but she did give birth to a beautiful, healthy little boy a couple years later.

Not getting answers fast enough for her taste..  

I've never had one but had a friend who had one. My friend who had one was out of work for weeks, and had to have camera go through her belly button, it was just awful, completely knocked her on her @ss  
I'm not sure what the chances are.
But if you're that far along, I'd go to the doctor ASAP because a lot of times around week 4 or 5, the fallopian tube ruptures. So if that's a legit concern, I wouldn't wait around.

I have seen a dr. its hard beacause its a waiting game they cant find the baby unless its about 4-5 weeks... so no telling until i have MAJOR pain... unfortunately thats what it has to come down to

Could just be the corpus luteum cyst. When i was pregnant with my daughter i had a horrible pain on one side so i went to the ER they did an u/s and said they thought it was an ectopic so they did laparascopy surgery to remove it and turns out it was a cyst. And i was just too early for anything to be seen in utero yet.

Frowned upon. And frankly, kind of annoying (just being honest.)

But I would definitely talk to your doctor and let them know.

I had an ectopic 4 months ago, had my left tube removed. Im currently 6.5 weeks pregnant :-) they scanned me at 5 weeks ? ? ectopic again but my hcg levels were good and showing a normal pregnancy. Im having another scan in a few days, am hoping all is good. My first scan was too early to tell much but they were concerned. I had pains when i was on the floor leaning forward to change Lailas nappy, it eased when i sat back! Good luck :-) let us know how you get on

I had an Ectopic in my left tube in 06' my levels were low enough to be treated with Methrotrexate (had to get it 2 times). I recently had an Ectopic that ruptured in the same tube and then had it removed. My most recent Ectopic was totally different then my first. My levels doubled in the appropriate time and I had no symptoms til it ruptured. Even when it ruptured my whole uterus area was painful. I didn't have one sided pain at all. Once it rupture I stopped having pain but I could barely walk because I was so sore. Normally a chance of having an Ectopic is only 2% to begin with but it goes up with each one. My doctor said it was because my left tube had issues to begin with which caused the second one. She said if I didn't have the left tube removed I would more then likely end up back in there with another Ectopic if I ended up pregnant from the left side again.

Not its not 4-5 weeks that it Ruptures. Its depends on the woman's hormone level but typically its around 6.5- 8 weeks when the tube will rupture. Mine ruptured right at 7 weeks

I cant imagine it rupturing .... I know it hurt badly before rupturing

okay.. just saying thats when my friend's ruptured and thats when she was told most women have that issue.
