Luckily i didnt get pain at all with my ectopic. I just had spotting that lasted from my due date to start period, until after i had surgery

My felt like a mixture between contractions, RL pains, and having a charlie horse that was constant and it lasted for 2 hours then the pain went away (had ruptured at this point) I could barely stand up to walk and when I would sit down it was very painful.

I had an ectopic last October, I was at 6 weeks, but during my 5th week is when I began having symptoms. Sticking pain and a spot of blood on and off, and that led to go to the ER as it was my first pregnancy. Thankfully I did not rupture. I was told the chance of having another ectopic increasese 25% after the first, but you must remain positive, at least thats the advice I received from one of my doctors. Hope your pregnancy is successful this time.

I understand its scary to think about, but have faith. My doctor was really nice and said to me that if I wanted to be pregnant, I would be. If it doesnt work out this time, at least there is IVF. A lovely nurse that attended me at the hospital with my ectopic told me her story; both her tubes were gone because of ectopic pregnancies and she had a baby through IVF, so dont give up, ok.

i had a ruptured ectopic in 1998. worst pain i have ever felt. lost my left tube, had emergency surgery (4 days in hospital) & the baby was still alive burrowed behind my uterus :`( i bled for 2 months after it ruptured, before it went into the E.R. i thought at the time it was an extremely painful miscarriage. i was young didnt know any better. i almost died. so the next time i became pregnant my doctor did immediate u/s to make sure the baby was located in the correct spot.

Im so glad to know you went on to have successful pregnancies, that gives me encouragement. I hope I will have kids soon.

although i was hopeless at the time. there is definately hope, as this is my 2nd pregnancy after the ectopic. my doctor said all u need is one decent tube. dont give up & good lick.

Well my second set of labs came in today
first set was 455 second set was 665..... within 24 hours

Repeat Labs on Monday and dr. appt on Wed.
No bleeding, very small amount of pain ...

Still keeping my fingers crossed, every now and then Ill have a small buttox pain or hip pain on one side....

Hubby and i sat down last night and we figure we concieved on Fathers day... only puts us at like 3 weeks... my lmp was June 4

I remember my last ectopid right after i took my preg test I started to bleed and had VERY bad pains.
Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. OH and prayers!!

Im almost 7 weeks pregnant now after my ectopic a few months back. I never thought i would get pregnant this quick with only one tube. Ive had 2 scans and my hcg levels raised fine so am keeping my fingers crossed, i will for you too. :-) ps i have had pains, been uncomfortable etc am sure some of it is physcological as i was so worried about another ectopic. Good luck :-)

I had the same thing with my first Ectopic. My second Ectopic I had no issues until right before it ruptured thats when I had pain all through my uterus my levels were within range to.....
