HELP!

okay so my son had his last set of 3 injections last week on the 28th. ever since hes had really runny illuminous yellow poo and hes doing it every hour or so! it has a cheesy horrible smell and is starting to worry me   hes 4months. anyone help me????

Has he been on any antibiotics lately, or started any new foods?

Your profile said he was born less than a month ago, and he's already eating baby food? Maybe that's his problem.
